BELL MODEL 1 (1952)

The Bell model 1 was manufactured by Bell Radio-Television Corporation Ltd in 1952.

The Model 1 was the first portable under the Bell brand, and replaced the Antone portable set.

Valves (5 + selenium rectifier): DF91, DK40, DF91, DAF91, DL92

Intermediate Frequency: 462kc/s

Chassis Notes (most schematics can be clicked to download a full size version): Uses a selenium rectifier which may need bypassed with a modern diode (and possibly a resistor to reduce the H.T. voltage) in sets today.
