COURTENAY SENIOR (1930)

The Courtenay Senior was manufactured for Stewart Hardware Co. by W. Marks Ltd in 1930.

By November of 1930 two models existed according to advertising, the Junior (the first ever model of Courtenay receiver) and the Senior.

The Senior was capable of Australasian reception, but beyond that no further information is currently known regarding its design and valve count.

Three variants are listed in advertising:

  1. Table Model £45
  2. Low Boy (Walnut Cabinet) £55
  3. Comination Model (Includes Electric Gramophone, Electric Pick Up, & Dynamic Loud Speaker) £72/10/-
