The Paramount 1936 5-valve BC was manufactured for Cash Radio Co. by Paramount Radio in about 1936.

5 valve broadcast band TRF radio

TRF radio designs were obsolete by 1933/34, so this was likely a low-end set made at the beginning of Paramount Radio, in 1936, using cheap new old stock parts.
