BELL ROYAL 'RECORDERGRAM' (1957)

The Bell Royal was manufactured by Bell Radio-Television Corporation Ltd in 1957, it was in production for 3 years.

10 valve broadcast band radiogram with Truvox tape recorder, housed in a figured walnut cabinet

The cabinet contains a 6-valve plus magic eye radio chassis and a second chassis which includes the power supply, output valve and erase head oscillator for the tape deck.

Service information suggests that some of these might have been fitted with a Brenell tape deck, but advertising only ever shows a Truvox deck being offered.
